Red Lips.
After watching Sky Ferreira's music video to 'Red Lips', I was inspired to try them out for myself...
Red lips have never really gone out of fashion, looking good on people of any age (My Nanny still looks great with them!), however, I find that wearing them can be almost a balancing act between trashy and classy.

As the lipstick I used was quite glossy, I dulled my eyes down to a simple, winged eyeliner look with neutral eye-shaddows and a white liner for my water line. Before applying the lipstick, I moisturised my lips with some vaseline and chapstick- we don't want any cracked lipstick due to nasty, dry lips! Having bold red lips will also bring out any red-ish imperfections, so I used Rimmel's 'Wake me up Concealler' (recommended by Beautycrush) to hide my blemishes. I completed the look with some setting powder.

- L'OREAL Paris False Lash Flutter
- Rimmel London lipstick- shade 164 Tantrum
- Rimmel London Wake me up Concealler
- Maybelline Dream Matte mousse shade 004, light porcelain
- Collection pressed powder, shade 10
- Collection fast Stroke eyeliner- black.
- No7 Directional Powder Brush
My verdict? hmmm...
I love them! Definately will be a member of my summer make-up looks.
